Creator gear, waiting at your villa.
We rent cameras, drones, action cams, mics and lights in Bali, packed and delivered, so you can fly in with a carry-on.
Most people who come to Bali to shoot bring too much, or buy something at the airport they'll use for nine days. We built Bali Creator Gear so you don't have to do either.
What we do
We rent the gear creators actually use: Sony cameras and lenses, pocket cameras, DJI and Insta360 action cams, sub-250 gram drones, wireless mics, lights, tripods, dive cases and mounts. You can take one of four Go Bags, which are ready-made kits you can change, or build your own from the full list.
Every price is on the site before you talk to anyone. The full price list shows the day rate, the 3-day rate, the weekly rate and the deposit for every item.
How it works
- Pick your gear. Add a Go Bag or single items to your rental and choose your dates. The site shows your estimate as you go.
- Send the request. It opens WhatsApp with your kit, dates and where you're staying already written out.
- We confirm and deliver. We reply with availability and the final price, including any delivery fee. Nothing is charged until you say yes. Then we bring it to your villa or hotel.
What's always true
- Every Go Bag and every camera goes out with a 128GB card and a USB-C card reader, so your footage is on your phone or laptop before you hand anything back.
- Batteries go out charged, and you can add spares.
- We ask for a refundable deposit and a photo of your ID. We never hold your passport.
- Cards that come back are wiped in front of you. We never copy or keep your footage.
- Renting a drone doesn't include permission to fly it somewhere. We'll tell you what we know about your area, and our drone rules guide lists what we could confirm from Indonesian sources.
Where we deliver
Around Ubud as standard. Canggu and Seminyak on request. Tell us where you're staying and we confirm timing and any delivery fee with your quote.
Where we're at
We're new. We're opening in Ubud and taking early requests now, which means you talk to the people who pack your bag. If a date or an item isn't available yet, we'll say so straight away instead of taking the booking and letting you down.
